ABOUT:

Set in a futuristic Hong Kong, the film tells the story of a confused Android on a quest searching for the true meaning behind its creation. How will the rise of affordable artificial intelligence disrupt our daily lives? What will it change in how our society works? How will humanity treat its own creations? Should we hope for, or dread the time of Androids walking down our streets, helping us with our shopping, babysitting our children or cleaning up our homes?  Resonance depicts a dystopian future in which most of humanity is enslaved to major corporations, such as the almighty F-corporation, but a ray of hope is symbolized by this odd and yet beautiful Android waking up in a narrow dirty street of Hong Kong.
